Dance Concert: Fall and Spring

The Fall Dance Concert is typically choreographed by the seniors as part of their capstone final project. The College’s Dance faculty typically choreographs the Spring Dance Concert. Both concerts showcase a variety of different styles of dance, from modern to West African, and are performed by the Saint Mary’s College Dance Company.

Theatre Mainstage: Fall and Spring Performances

The Theatre Program’s mainstage productions enrich the cultural life of the College with a mix of cutting-edge new works, reimagined classics and musicals. Each season features guest artists from Bay Area professional theatres working alongside Theatre Program faculty, staff, and students to offer audiences stirring, thought-provoking, and artistically impressive live theatre experiences.

The Jan Term Children’s Show

The Jan Term Children’s Show is a beloved Saint Mary’s tradition. In just four weeks, Saint Mary’s students (both theatre students and others from across the College) spin magic around a classic fairytale or popular children’s storybook under the direction of a guest or faculty director. The results are always enchanting – delighting more than 2,000 preschool and elementary age children, and their teachers and parents, each year.
